If it is Sandbank and your flat is the one currently up in the Crescent, I wouldn't be too worried but if it is directly beside it then weekends tend to be busy all year round if not with football/walks then more as a social club it is pretty active. Think of it like a local pub and associated noise etc. only really worse than this on Old Firm/Marching season tbh.
