I know this isn’t exactly what you asked for but if you do end up going down the estate agent route avoid using Purplebricks. I went with them because I liked the flat fee and online platform but it has been awful - for example it took three days for an official offer to be emailed from them to my solicitor (there’s many more things I could highlight). I knew from research that you either get great service or rubbish so it’s a 50/50 chance but my god being in the bad 50 has been beyond stressful so avoid avoid avoid! Also why not get a couple of valuations done (they are free of charge) Clyde property and Pacitti Jones both offer them pretty quickly from what I’ve heard. That could give you an inclination of how much your property is worth then contact a couple of the buy quick companies and see what they say. Where is your flat?
