| Comment | We've been caught up in this. We have started looking outside our first choice areas but still not having any luck - we lost out on one in Dennistoun and we bid 20% over home report - we were 4th. And another last week in Cambuslang, we bid 12.5% over home report as we though it'd be less competitive out of the city - didn't get that one either.
It really is crappy, but clearly there are people with a lot more capital than us that are putting in crazy bids. |
