My work and Quarriers do the same sort of thing. The work in itself is great but they don't pay as well as other places. Anyone I know that has worked for them has the usual gripes with working in social care i.e shite money, stressful working with homeless young folk and no one actually appreciating what you do. That being said it can be rewarding when you see young people doing well.
