National cycle route 7 goes from Dalmuir ot Loch Lomond offroad. There are also good cyclepaths that start in Paisley: you can go to Kilmacolm, Kilbarchan, Lochwinnoch and down into Ayrshire offroad. The Forth & Clyde canal towpath goes from Bowling to Linlithgow offroad.
