| Comment | I guess what I'm finding most infuriating is the lottery that is having your family be able to provide upfront capital or not. I earn pretty ok money, could afford a decent mortgage, but because of the ridiculous cash required to even start I'm not able to buy. So many of my peers earn so much less than what I do, but have their own flats just because of the cushion of being able to get a loan from their parents for the upfront capital requirements. |
