Date of document, 19 June 2019. I've not been far outside the central belt during lockdown, but the quality of driving seems to me at least to have deteriorated, and I don't think it was particularly good to begin with. This could in part just be a reflection of the general mental health issues as a result of all this COVID carry on. Observe the speed limits, observe the highway code. Vehicle owners do not own the roads.
