| Comment | Their core offering is awesome, best in the UK for most people who can't get an independent like Hyperoptic, but their website & customer service has a lot to answer for. Also the routers they give you are pretty meh.
Most people complaining their 'wifi is shit' is because they use the modem-router that VM give you which because they're giving to everyone is a budget conscious offering.
Put it in modem mode, get a decent WiFi router from Amazon or wherever and use Ethernet when possible.
