My mum's with them. She was having issues with her internet one day and called them up for help. Instead of sorting out what was probably a straightforward issue, they ended up signing her up to a lengthy, more expensive contract - the handler probably saw an easy sale because my mum has terrible English.
I'm sure it's illegal, but if I'm wrong and it isn't, it's definitely incredibly shady. |
