I struggle to see how it would be practical. For a start it would be expensive getting the food tested. Then afterwards all portion sizes and ingredients would have to be identical for each dish. Having daily specials or menu changes would be impossible.

It’s easy for McDonalds where every food item is bought in and identical but not for an actual restaurant with chefs surely
