Wagamama’s is pretty good value and has lower calorie options - about £11 for 4 people (1 main ea and 5 sides). Queue at Silverburn was busy but ended up waiting maybe 30-40 minutes at about 7. If you go about 8 you wouldn’t be queuing long at all.
