For everyone saying check my fitness pal. All the amounts are previously inputed manually by others. Half the time I don't know where the hell they're getting the numbers (or kidding themselves)
I wouldn't trust most of the values that I didn't double check myself. I think about a 3rd of the products were completely incorrect by a massive amount.
