| Comment | Here's the weird thing, the University Ave/Kelvin Way entrance was open after the first weekend.
Sure, the fencing was still there, but even after they patched up the gap in the fence down the road from it they left it open. I figured they'd opened it as a courtesy but left the fencing up so they could close it quickly again if shit got out of hand again (it's a big entrance with no gate).
But apparently no, it was supposed to be closed. |
