| Comment | I don't quite understand the difference, as the owner doesn't need to be present to let out a room apparently. So in theory they could own several flats, claim to alternate between them. Y'know, spend a few months a year in it, then just rent them out. That would be perfectly fine?
I'm really just curious. This whole thing is a strikes a nerve with me, as I'm looking to buy next year and friends keep telling me about how people are just higher than asking prices, and then seeing the places on airbnb. |
