| Comment | I always wear underwear with my kilt. It's the most expensive piece of clothing I own, why would i want to rub my balls and arse all over it? Especially when you're getting sweaty from dancing. Plus wool is rough, not nice when rubbing on delicate parts.
To address your point, yes its completely unacceptable when people do that. But also if you're afraid of showing your balls to kids, wear pants. I used to be a Scout Leader and our uniform included a kilt. I wore pants. |
