I bought a car from them a while back against my better judgement and had 6 months of hassle trying to get several electrical and mechanical faults sorted. Even after telling and showing them the problem they fucked me about and passed me from pillar to post. Insisting I return the car to their Stirling branch each time when the Seat branch was a stones throw away from me at the time.
Lying about parts they said had been replaced but weren't (cambelt, oil filter, evap charcoal filter etc), getting the car back with over 80 miles added to the clock, false promises and downright lies.
It took a rant on their Facebook page before anything was actually done.
I'll never go back to them. |
