| Comment | You are absolutely correct about the roof, according to the report it sounds like the whole thing needs rebuilt essentially and a large chunk of the cost is towards that.
I'm going through the list of things which need repaired and there's just so much that's been listed. They have based everything on Essential/Recommended/Cosmetic/Grand Requirement. I believe the final cost they've given is just for everything to be completed. I wish they'd have given us the totals broken down by Essential/Recommended etc... |
