There's a massive list of things. They basically inspected the place from top to bottom so I imagine it covers everything. The bulk of the costs appear to be for repairing the roof though. The council haven't condemned the building. The estimate was given by a company called IGW associates, they were hired by the factor. Currently we have no other quotes.
