A lot of cycle clubs use the A80 between the "Dolly Parton" roundabout at Stepps and Devro at Moodiesburn. Not totally flat and does have traffic lights but a decent long loop for TT training. Dual carriageway also means there is space to pass you.
Also the roads round Glasgow airport are pretty flat from what I remember and mainly roundabouts rather than traffic lights. Not sure what the traffic levels are like. |
