You can get Paneer everywhere, the local supermarkets pretty much all stock it. Glasgow has a fairly large south asian population and Saag Paneer is a fairly popular dish.

I havent actually found good markets in Glasgow (or Scotland tbf), the supermarkets are reasonably cheap for fruit and veg and can get some extra variety with the "ethnic" (is there a better term for non local) supermarkets like SeeWoo which is decent. But fresh local produce is not one of Scotlands strong points
