I eat a lot of paneer. The bigger supermarkets sell it but only really two types - a very smooth one and a rougher one. It’s around £1.50/pack from Morrison’s. I’ve heard it’s very easy to make with whole milk and lemon juice but I’ve not tried. Welcome to Glasgow!
