| Comment | Second all of the above - have just bought and sold a place, solicitors won’t charge you for submitting offers and you’ll be billed at the end of your purchase. Definitely go with someone that has been recommended as I’ve had a terrible experience with a company ( that I had to use through Purplebricks) I ended up having to go to another solicitor who has done more in a week than they did in five months (Alison Grandison, Urquharts Edinburgh - absolutely incredible service but might not be ideal for buying in South side Glasgow) |
