There is one homeowner who rejected getting the initial survey, so I imagine they will reject the works going forward.
My fear is that the homeowners do decide to go ahead with the work. In that case I would need to pay, but I literally dont have anywhere near that much money to pay, even with a grant. I barely have a couple of grand in savings. In that situation I have no idea what I could do.
