| Comment | Yes, I'm aware of that, and the possibility to convert to a different mortgage at a later date will be a factor in who I'm choosing as my mortgage provider. I'd be buying the property with the intention of living there, but I want to at least have the option of possibly being flexible about that later. The thing with the govt scheme is that they give a hard no on any renting ever, so by going with that I'm agreeing that if I ever choose to move out I *have to* sell. |
