| Comment | I always found it weird in terms of narrative, that public health is always: get the bus/train/cycle to work, but when the schools are off it's like a lightswitch. You can tell the days they're off in a moment. Seems to me, pre-COVID anyway, that better school bussing would wipe out a huge amount of traffic. (Not to say that should be the approach in isolation, sorry). |
