Comment	About 20 hours of the day traffic in Glasgow flows pretty well. Glasgow is not really a congested city. We have a rush hour issue. The problem is the 8am to 9am and 5pm to 6pm peaks. If workplaces were staggering their start and finish times like they were asked to do, but mostly haven't... Honestly, the amount of people that CHOOSE to live in the inner city then moan about inner city stuff astounds me. Move out to the suburbs if it actually depresses you.
