| Comment | We need to start putting parking underground. It makes the surface level environment much nice. I used to live in Korea and most city centre parking is underground, and it makes a hell of a difference to the streets (which are narrow), meaning that service vehicles can make deliveries without issues. We should dig a big fucking hole under the St Enoch's centre, put in 8 floors of parking, and stick a park on top. |
