Comment	Sorry if I wasn't clear - I'm totally appalled. I've been a volunteer & employee in the past, I know how bad it is. It always disturbed me how many people regarded CAB as a government agency staffed by civil servants. My remarks about the council's statement was just me clutching at straws.
