| Comment | Fair enough looks like my assumption was correct. Built by big companies as opposed to owned or letter out by big companies or rich landlords. Funnily enough the flat I was on before the new build was frowned upon because some buildings around were built on the back of tobacco trade and slavery, sometimes culturally empty isn't maybe the worst thing.
I think I must be being thick because I still don't really understand the relevance. |
