| Comment | the only way to do something is to go out yourselves and form local groups to pick litter, improve public spaces, be visible and public. However most people don't have the spare time for this. Expecting public services to improve under the current circumstances is wishful thinking. A mass council tax strike may have some short effect but risks lots of already disadvantaged people getting into bother & debt which will only make things worse. |
