Comment	That's the confusing part, bulk uplift is STILL going on, but they will Only touch something if it's on council adopted land. So back courts, gardens, private roads they will just cite covid as an excuse. But if it's on the path or road the council are picking it up again. I know the offices are still "closed" and most are working from home, but an outdoor job where wearing a mask is probably beneficial even before covid should surely still be going on!
