| Comment | H&P are my factors and they've been fine. I pay £79/month and most of that is buildings insurance. I've only been hit with an extra charge for - if I remember correctly - having the carpets cleaned and the walls repainted but it wasn't a drastic amount of money (for me, I recognise that not everyone is in the same boat, and I reckon it was about £150). They've always responded quickly to emails I've sent them and they've always given notice of works that owners have asked for before seeking quotes and then starting work, so I've always had an opportunity to object if I wanted it.
Like I say, I know lots of people have issues with them but they've been as half decent as I'd hope for from a factor. |
