You think there's a puppet master out there pulling a grand conspiracy to stop someone seeing their granny?
The only criticism I have of this move is that they've not had the baws to shut the pubs or schools too, so it's this silly measure which doesn't appear to make much sense with pubs etc open and hoaching. I can only assume because this one doesn't cost anything.
