| Comment | H&P are total cowboys. They change hundreds of pounds for even the most basic repairs then argue for weeks when you complain. I was fortunate in that I got on well with all my neighbours so we got rid of them. Depending on the deeds, you only need a majority vote to do so. The only hard part is finding a decent factor. We moved to Macfie and Co who were equally as shit.
I think a lot of closes keep bad factors because they don’t realise how easy it is to get rid of them. I bet your new neighbours hate H&P and feel ripped off but dont have somebody willing to arrange the change. |
