| Comment | Guitar if it’s loud enough definitely counts if it’s after 11pm and before 7am - think those are the times the council runs with for noise nuisance.
The first thing they’ll ask you for is dates, times and a description of the disturbance, as well as dates and times you’ve asked them to keep it down. Have that sorted before you call them.
