| Comment | Well, there's been this small event called lockdown that's been caused by something called Covid-19. As a result, the majority of the people who work in the offices in the city centre and would be in the city on a Thursday morning/afternoon are either working from home or are furloughed. People are also still wary about going to shops, bars and restaurants while there's still a risk of catching Covid-19 so people are not coming into the city as much as they were pre Covid-19. |
