The hidden lane has some cool unique stores - there's also this one place on Cresswell Ln where there are a few tiny stores in one building, one of which had very neat postcards that were probably made by independent artists if you're into that (+ Ashton Lane is right there as well)

Necropolis if you're an edgy goth like me, it's very moody and it's also interesting to read the different tombstones and see what sort of job you had to have in order to earn a tombstone there

The Botanics is extremely pretty, it worths a walk around - sadly I don't think the glasshouses are open but the rest is still quite nice, make sure you bring nuts so you can feed the squirrels at the squirrel-feeding spot (close to the playground)

The city is also filled with graffiti art, there are some cool ones at the uni of strathclyde

There's also several "churches" that now function as bars/pubs/theatres/etc - if you find that as amusing as i did (coming from a heavily catholic country) then you can do a wee themed trip and just keep visiting "churches", ex. Óran Mór, Websters Theatre (currently works as a pub i think? not sure), etc

Sadly I'm not sure how many of these are open but worths checking out info on them online beforehand, hope you'll have a lovely time here!!! c:
