It doesn't sound that bad. 20 mins - an hour once or twice a day?? Put some earphones on and listen to some music for 20 mins. Legally you don't have a leg to stand on and do you really want to be the person phoning the polis coz of a noisy toddler? Suck it up mate. Could be a lot worse.
