| Comment | Luckily one of their subcontractors is a decent guy. Whenever I need some repair now, I contact him, and he somehow manages for them to approve my repair. It's only the parts of the common parts of the building (like door entry) that remains in need to be fixed.
Meanwhile, they tried to raise my rent, but I appealed to the rent ombudsman (or whatever it's called) and they were told to leave me alone. |
