I didn't replace my boiler the first year it broke, ended up paying over 500 quid extra in electricity bills for fan heaters etc. New boiler ended up costing me 850 supplied and fitted. One thing I'd say, don't go British Gas or any legacy company. Check myhammer, etc and go with someone with good reviews.
