It's terrible. Stabbings are a daily occurrence. At night, hordes of zombie neds are roaming the area. Local streets are used as racing circuits by boy racers. The fumes from the motorway cause cancer in two years. And, worse of them all, the Tennents Brewery is nearby.
Avoid at all cost.
