Yeah see I was trying to go down the asbo route but the council want multiple people to say the same thing about his behaviour and nobody else is willing to and even if they did it would need to be on 5 separate occasions and only then will they try and go for an asbo but even then they said it's very rare to get it for anyone.
I just want to bang my head against the wall till I collapse tbh. |
