If things are as bad as you say, somethings got to give. All I'm saying is keep trying.
Reason with the guy, try and catch him in the stairwell at a more peaceful moment. Get other people in the close to support you.
If that fails, get back onto the factor and don't take no for an answer. Keep logging complaints. |
