| Comment | They are absolute cunts. Used to think they were sound because the reception guys were decent. Took my old car in to get two bulbs replaced, they gave me the price (2 bulbs, 1 fitting fee) jumped over to Tesco while they did it. Job done when I got back 10 minutes later and the receptionist told me the boss said he needed to charge me 2 fitting fees for the bulbs because it was such an awkward job. Nearly 40 quid.
Wrote it off as a one off and went back the next year for my mot because they did free retests. Car failed for a cut in the tyre and a cracked coil in the suspension. 190 to put it right. Checked the part they quoted me 90 for and it was like 16 quid on eurocarparts. Took the car up to ruchill tyres and got all the work done for less than 80 quid. Fuck in tune. |
