It also does the opposite. When we bought a house, we had a range in mind. Let's say 100k to 150k. Just by the way the search engines work, houses with "offers over 95k" did not appear in my results.
What's better for that house, to get visits from people who would be stretching their budget because their max is 100 (and it was oo 95 and hr of 120) or visits from people whos max was 150? |
