| Comment | If you’re looking for houses in a specific area... the difference between a 95k property and a 150k would be fairly marked. While both houses might be within your budget- the £150k one is higher for a reason, maybe a better street, needs less work doing, bigger garden, whatever.
A customer who has sought out an agreement in principle for £150k is unlikely to look for and settle for a property at 95k. |
