The English system is truly terrible, apart from the slightly more transparent prices at the point of advertising- but that’s about it, and that’s offset by the fact that buyers then usually try to go back on their offer after the survey.
The whole thing is broken but I guess it must be in the interest of Boris and his cronies to keep it that way. 🙄
