Police need funds, these idiots are extremely easy to notice. On the spot fines, seems like this should be an easy to solve problem?
I live off Sauchiehall and have 2 small kids and yeh I really dont understand how making an obnoxiously loud noise that disrupts people sleeping is a hobby.
