There's been a few people complaining about the piercings too, one girl got one done and they never used a clamp and pierced the wrong part, she ended up with swelling and bruising and had to take it out, other piercing stories have been people booking online and paying for it but when the day rolls around to go in they're told they don't carry that particular one.
