Track & trace doesn’t really make sense to me though..

- They take day(s) to call after results (think time would be of the essence)
- They only want to go two days prior to symptoms or positive test (when it says you could have the virus for 14 days prior to symptoms appearing &/or no scale to how far on for a positive test)
- Criteria for follow up appears to be focused on: indoors/outdoors, social distancing, 15 minutes contact, masks/screens/etc, & whether you have details for people
- Only testing contacts with symptoms (so no follow up of spread of asymptomatic people).. which then we wonder why it is spreading
- No clear guidance for living with people with mix results (some positive & negative)
- No follow up testing before sending people back to work or being out of isolation (problematic with timescales with mixed results in households - max 14 days - but could have got virus 7 days in & would them be back in community)

I’m not an expert - but I feel the experts or those in charge appear to be using the line ‘led by the science’ as their way of explaining the thinking.

But then I’m the sceptic that’s questions how the care home fiasco happened without someone having some idea it would end in disaster..
